After three decades of representing families in IDD law, Michael Pearce watched the same crisis repeat: a parent becomes unable to explain what they know, and the people who take over start from zero — guessing, missing things, causing harm through ignorance rather than indifference.
Anya was founded on a single conviction: the knowledge a parent holds is the most valuable, most fragile, and most overlooked asset in a profoundly disabled child's life.
